FOR THOSE APPLICATIONS THAT ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE ELECTRONIC OFFICE <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This form is valid for subjects of the Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees and Diplomas in extinction and the Adaptation Courses to the Degree.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For subjects that are part of Official University Master’s Degrees, you can request it at <\/span><\/span>master@umh.es<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Cover<\/td>\n                                                                                                  To request the syllabi for the courses you have taken and passed at this University, you must complete this web form, without having to travel to this Campus Management Center.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery of the programs<\/span><\/span><\/b> : The programs, with digital signature and CVS (secure verification code), will be sent to you by email to the address provided in your request.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1.- The fields marked as ( <\/span><\/span>required<\/span><\/span><\/strong> ) are mandatory to correctly complete the Programs request.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Click on the degree program you are enrolled in.<\/span><\/span>     <\/b><\/p>\n

3.- Once you access the form, you must select the subjects, by course, that we have to provide you.<\/span><\/span>       <\/b><\/p>\n

4. Remember that you must attach the non-academic transcript of the degree for which you are requesting the programs.<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
